We serve a God who is faithful and multiplies our gifts, resources and efforts in ways that are far greater than we can imagine. In John 6:9 Jesus’ disciple Andrew said, “Here is a boy with five small barley loaves and two small fish, but how far will they go among so many?” As you know, Jesus took what seemed small and exponentially provided a meal for thousands with leftovers to take home. Simply put, Jesus is in the business of multiplication, and we have seen that over our 50 years as a ministry.

As I reflect on where we are and more critically, where God is taking us, we are more focused than ever. After seeing God’s faithfulness in our first 50 years of equipping 117,000 leaders, our vision acceleration will result in equipping 250,000 worldwide in the next 10 years. Our team is working more innovatively and creatively than ever to multiply our efforts across the globe.

Today, 2.1 billion people have not heard the Gospel, and together, with you, we are on a mission to change that. Our team has intentionally and quietly equipped leaders in over 189 nations and territories. Standing on the shoulders of the giants who built this ministry, we are unwavering in our work to boldly catalyze strategically positioned international leaders who are driven to end Gospel poverty.

The mission is too big and the task too great not to do whatever it takes to reach those who are living in the greatest poverty of all. I am personally grateful to you for your investment into the incredible task ahead. I am asking God for more than ever and believe that He will be faithful to multiply the influence of our team, our leaders, and you.
