Martin Kristiaman leads Haggai Australia in a voluntary capacity developing awareness of the ministry in Australia. He was drawn to the ministry through personal experience and conviction that it has a unique approach and is one of the most effective ministries to invest in for leadership transformation for evangelism. Martin is a director and investor in a number of innovative international businesses. He passionately volunteers his time, resources and business skills for a number of organisations. He is married with two adult children and lives in Sydney.
Carmen Nunn is Vice Chairman on the Haggai Australia Board. She is the co-owner of the Sundown Motel Resort and of Mpowerdome both in Canberra and one of the co-founders of Fresh Hope for Families situated in Angeles City, Philippines.
Carmen has had over 30 years business experience in the property sector. She doesn’t go about her business with a closed worldview. She has been fully committed to fulfilling the Great Commission and using her business skills to fund various mission works.
Philip Ng serves as a Director of the Haggai Australia Board since 2005, and also as Secretary of the Board since 2011. In addition to serving the Lord in his local church which is now based in Hong Kong, Philip is also the entrepreneur and mastermind behind an industrial technology company focusing on design automation and advanced control systems for selected segments in the textile industry.
Prior to running his own company, Philip was GM for Wilcom International, a Sydney-based multinational industrial technology company with operations in Europe, USA and Asia Pacific. Philip also held country head positions at IBM and HP/Compaq for various their professional services Business Units.
What is your role and what are your responsibilities at Haggai?
I serve as Chief Executive Officer of Haggai International. I am responsible for leading the ministry, and ensuring that the world’s highest-qualified, credentialed, Christian leaders are equipped to powerfully impact their world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
How does working at Haggai help you fulfill your personal life’s mission and or goals?
Haggai allows me to combine my passion for sharing the Gospel and my skills of organizational development to make an impact for the Kingdom. From an organizational perspective, this ministry has an extensive infrastructure, built over 48 years and encompassing 188 nations, that enables our leaders to reach the world with the Gospel. Haggai truly is a missions force unlike any other!
Highlight your previous work experience.
I joined Haggai International in 2008 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Haggai, I was CEO of Upton & Associates, an organizational development consulting and executive coaching firm based in North Carolina. My work focused on helping leaders, teams, and organizations increase their effectiveness to achieve desired results. I also worked for the Covey Leadership Center as a senior consultant. My clientele included leading companies such as Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, Ritz-Carlton Hotel Companies, and Westinghouse.
What additional information would you like to share about yourself?
I earned my Doctorate of Organizational and Human Resource Development from Vanderbilt University, and I am a graduate of Duke University’s Business Coach International. When not on an airplane to the far reaches of the world, I live in Atlanta, Georgia. Earlier this year, God brought an amazing man into my life, Bill Williams, former CEO of National Christian Foundation. We were both widowed, and God wrote a wonderful story of restoration and love in our lives. We were married on 1 October 2016. I am blessed to be a part of this family of three married sons and seven grandchildren.
John Bagley is director and board member of Haggai Australia & New Zealand since 2012. He is also on the management team of Liberty Church of Christ in Greenacre . He is also on the board of Live Connection Aid (Mission Support Africa) and is a long serving member of the Gideons International. John is Managing Director at Galvatech with 50 employees a business that he purchased in 1974. John began his career at Qantas in 1958. John is married to Anne and have two adult children and 9 grandchildren.
Fifi Rashando is a Sustainability and Financial Inclusion Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the international development and humanitarian sector. She is the Principal Consultant of Organisational Development Services (ODS). She provides technical assistance to businesses to reach their market at the bottom of the pyramid and NGOs to develop sustainable programs to improve social and economic inclusion.
She was formerly the International Program and Partnership Director of Catholic Mission, Organisational Development Manager of Act for Peace, the Vice Chair of the Accountability Advisory Group of ACT Alliance, the COO of Habitat for Humanity in Indonesia, the Indonesia Tsunami Project Director and the Program Manager of Opportunity International Australia. She has extensive experience in managing large-scale sustainable international development programs in Australia, Asia and Pacific regions.
She is an H.I. alumni, holds an MBA in International Business from University of Wollongong, Strategic Leadership for Inclusive Finance certificate from Harvard Business School and has a postgraduate degree in Ministry from Tabor College in Sydney.
