Haggai Leader Claudia is a community educational psychologist and founder of the Teen’s Life Project; a ministry committed to restoring relationships between parents and teenagers while helping young people discover their God-given identity and purpose. Drawing on both professional expertise and a biblical foundation, she invests in adolescents who are navigating family challenges, searching for direction, or struggling to connect with faith. Through intentional relationships, she creates opportunities for them to encounter the love of Christ in ways that are relevant and transformative. 

What began in a small city in Bolivia has grown into a ministry that now serves families across the country and reaches participants throughout Latin America. By walking alongside teenagers and their parents, Claudia helps families experience greater understanding, healing, and hope while opening the door for spiritual growth. 

The Haggai Leader Experience marked a pivotal season in Claudia’s journey. It rekindled a passion for the Great Commission that had lain dormant for years and confirmed her calling to promote reconciliation between parents and children. With renewed clarity and conviction, she has expanded her influence through workshops, mentoring programs, and outreach initiatives that prepare the next generation to follow Christ. Today, her mission remains clear: connecting the most connected generation to Christ and to their parents.
