Rich Nibbe is the Director of Advancement – West Region for Haggai International. Rich brings over twenty years of experience in strategic consulting as well as executive leadership in medium and large multi-campus churches in Colorado, Michigan and most recently Phoenix, Arizona. Rich has helped ministries and nonprofits strengthen donor relationships, navigate complex challenges, and build scalable development models that sustain long-term impact.

Before his work in full time vocational ministry, Rich toured professionally as a musician serving with ministries such as the Billy Graham Association, Luis Palau Association, and Harvest Crusades. These early experiences shaped his heart for evangelism and his belief in the transformative power of the Gospel across cultures.

Outside of his work, Rich and his wife, Ash, enjoy the outdoors and all that Phoenix has to offer. They have been married for 20 years, have two teenage sons and one very spoiled German Shepherd, Nala.
