In addition to their reach, leaders hold authority, connections, and jurisdiction that grassroots efforts often cannot leverage. Their influence is amplified by their followers, giving them unique access to people and the ability to drive meaningful change. We believe that when Christian leaders serve in government, medicine, commerce, education, technology, and other fields, the love of Christ has the opportunity to permeate and influence individuals, agendas, processes, practices, policies, and initiatives in ways that traditional models cannot.

OUR MODEL

At Haggai International we Select, Equip, Sustain, and Scale one of the largest global networks of Christian change-makers. Here’s how we do it:

We select strategically positioned, influential Christian leaders — men and women from Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East — who serve in every sector of the marketplace and ministry to attend the Haggai Leader Experience.

At the heart of our ministry is the Haggai Leader Experience — an intensive, collaborative leader-to-leader experience designed to deepen their faith and align their personal vision to advance God’s redemptive purposes for the world.

We encourage and support our global network of Haggai Leaders by fostering community, offering extended learning opportunities, and providing resources and mentoring that strengthen both the leaders and their Gospel impact around the world.

Our model creates exponential impact as leaders multiply themselves by equipping others. Through our National Associations, leaders are trained in their own language using the Haggai curriculum. This results in a global, networked ecosystem of leaders united under the same vision and mission of Haggai International.
