Lauren France is the Director of Advancement – Northeast Region for Haggai International. She brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit fundraising and development, with a strong focus on donor engagement, major gifts, and strategic stewardship. Prior to joining Haggai, Lauren served as Director of Development at Equipping Leaders International, where she led a multi-year fundraising initiative to support global leadership development.

Earlier in her career, Lauren held key roles at SecureGive, a giving technology company, and led stewardship efforts at a multi-campus church, equipping thousands in generosity and financial discipleship. She also founded The Lydia Network, a giving society of Christian women that raised $100,000 to support global church leaders, reflecting her deep passion for mobilizing resources to advance the Gospel.

Lauren lives in North Carolina with her husband, Jake, a worship leader, and their two daughters. They are expecting their third child, a baby boy, this fall. In her free time, she enjoys paint-by-number art, long walks with her mini goldendoodle, Charlie, and encouraging women on their wellness journey.
