The Haggai Leader Experience (HLE) came to Koffi at a crucial turning point in his life. As a respected business leader and entrepreneur who had spent many years helping build and guide multiple companies, he began thinking more intentionally about the legacy he wanted to leave. While continuing his professional responsibilities, he also began seeking God’s direction for how he could invest his time, influence, and experience into something with eternal impact.

During this season of reflection, Koffi prayed for clarity about God’s purpose for his life, his family, and the next chapter of his leadership journey. In God’s perfect timing, the HLE helped answer many of those questions and gave him a renewed vision for how his leadership could continue to make a difference beyond his daily work.

Throughout the HLE, God transformed Koffi’s vision of his life and his understanding of the world. He gained a clearer sense of God’s calling and his responsibility to influence the future through Gospel leadership. His participation in the session gave him renewed purpose and meaningful direction for how he could use his experience to impact others for Christ.

Beyond the personal transformation, the program was also a powerful relational experience. Koffi had the opportunity to learn alongside more than sixty Christian leaders who were committed, passionate, and dedicated to Christ. Coming from many countries and professional backgrounds, their testimonies and shared calling deeply encouraged him. The unity and fellowship he experienced became one of the greatest blessings of the training.

This experience strengthened Koffi’s commitment to evangelism and to equipping others to share the Gospel. He completed the HLE with a stronger devotion to Christ and a clear desire to invest in future generations of leaders, particularly among young leaders across Francophone Africa.
