I had the awesome privilege of working in the Brisbane office as Administrator in the 1980’s. Knowing this exceptional man of God changed my life forever. He was bold for Jesus and never flinched to talk about money. His style and presentation of Mission, I believe is unmatched in this world. And yes even in the face of criticism, he was relentless in getting the Gospel out through Nationals. This way of Mission, I believe (with all my heart), is the most powerful method of evangelising.
And so now this precious man, Dr John Edmund Haggai is resting from his labours.
May his memory and work go on in strength until Jesus appears on earth bringing Dr John with Him.

I had the previlleged to know Dr.haggai.A great man of God.
A great man of an amazing God, the impact that he has made in his earthly journey has been profound . He impacted billions across the world by training and sending Haggai leaders across the nations , truly fulfilling the last command of our lord jesus christ . Greatest tribute to this wonderful man of God is to live a life of full integrity as a follower of christ, carry the mission that lord jesus mandated us to do and continue to be inspired by the mission statement ” Do something really big for our lord, so big that without God it will be a failure “. Good bye one of the legends who lived for Christ . You will live in our hearts forever. HIS last command will be our first concern .
I have no words to express my deepest gratitude for Dr. Haggai´s life, example and vision towards God´s Kingdom. He surely made a difference in this world. I am also thankfull to have had the opportunity of taking the leadership training and be part of this world wide family. My sincere respects and condolences to his beloved ones. Certainly there is a big party in Heaven. He is home now!
