Designed for leaders with at least seven years of experience, it affirms your God-given calling and deepens your capacity to influence others for Christ. Grounded in biblical values, led by non-Western faculty, and shaped by a global network of leaders, the HLE equips you to multiply your leadership influence and accelerate the Great Commission.

The HLE includes spiritual reflection, strategic action planning, collaborative learning, and networking with Christian leaders from around the world. It’s immersive, practical, and spiritually renewing.

While not academically accredited, the HLE is globally respected for its transformational impact and trusted among Christian leadership circles.

Eligibility & Session Details

The HLE is gender-specific, meaning all participants in a classroom are of the same gender. Each session typically includes around 60 leaders, fostering deep connection and shared learning in a collaborative environment.
The HLE is for influential Christian leaders aged 30-55 with a university degree, seven plus years of leadership experience, and proficiency in English. Participants must be citizens and residents of developing nations.
