Deadline: Tuesday, October 15 2024 (we encourage submitting it earlier!).

How to Submit: All materials MUST be sent through this link: www.haggai-international.org/devotional-submit. Do not email your submissions to us. We cannot accept your submission if you do not use the link to send.

Guidelines:

• Your devotional must be no more than around 150 words.
• It can be a meditation, a thought, a story, or an experience linked to you or your ministry.
• It must have a clear connection to the verse. The theme of the devotional is on the Fruit of the Spirit and how we become more like Jesus through these fruits. If you feel the verse needs some explanation or context, feel free to include it.
• It should have the flavor of your own culture. What does the verse say to you as a Malaysian or Tanzanian? How is it relevant in your world? What local story or conditions connect to it? Many of the book’s readers will be Western, so getting them to think outside their cultural box is important.
• Provide a specific and/or unique way for a donor to pray for your ministry or country (no more than 200 characters).
• If you are not confident in your English or writing skills, don’t worry – our editors will make sure everything looks good!
