Haggai Giving Portal – FAQ
What is the Haggai giving portal?
The Haggai giving portal, in partnership with Blackbaud, is a website you can use to stay connected with Haggai by making a gift, updating your recurring fit, edit your payment options, and access your giving history.
How do I access the Haggai giving portal?
Visit https://haggai.blackbaudportal.com to sign in or create an account.
Can I get a statement of my giving history?
Yes! From the Haggai giving portal, click the “Giving History” box. From the next page, click “Email Statement” button, then choose the date range for your statement.
Can I make changes to my recurring gift?
Yes! From the Haggai giving portal, click the “Recurring Gifts” box. From there, you can:
- Edit the Scheduled amount field under Gift information to change the gift amount and fund.
- Edit the Frequency and Next payment fields under Gift information to change your payment schedule.
- Edit the fields under Payment method.
- Select Skip to pause your payments for a specific period of time.
- Select Hold to pause your giving until they return to the portal and resume payments.
- Select End payment to stop all future payments.
My credit card expired; how can I update it on the Haggai giving portal?
From the Haggai giving portal, click the “Payment methods” box. From there you can edit a current the payment method, add a new credit or debit card, or add a bank account for ACH gifts.
If you have an existing recurring payment and you need to make an update to your card, please consider terminating your current recurring gift and create a new recurring gift to limit transaction fees incurred by Haggai International.
Can I edit my contact details such as my name, address, or email?
Unfortunately, not currently. This will be a feature available during a future release. In the meantime, please contact Haggai Donor Services at Give@Haggai-International.org or call (800)-642-4424.
