Having equipped over 123,000 leaders in five decades, we set a goal of equipping 250,000 in the next decade. Soon after announcing that target in February 2020, with further discussion and prayer, we sensed that God was leading us to do even more than we perceived was possible. Through listening to Him, we knew we must think about and formulate a strategy of how to accomplish an even greater objective!
