DR. DAVID LEE DAVIS

DIRECTOR OF ADVANCEMENT
SOUTHEAST REGION

Dr. David Lee Davis serves as the Director of Advancement for the Southeast Region at Haggai International. He began his career as a United Methodist pastor serving congregations in Decatur and Lawrenceville, Georgia. In 1995, he founded Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church and saw the congregation grow to 2,700 members and 36 employees during his tenure. As the founding pastor, he led the congregation through $12 million in capital improvements and received the Harry Denman Award for outstanding evangelism and missional service. Most recently, David has served as the Director of Development for Honduras Outreach International.

He received his B.A. in Biblical Studies from Houghton Wesleyan College, a Master of Divinity from Emory University, and a Doctor of Ministry from Princeton University. While at Princeton, he studied and wrote about leadership development in faith-based contexts. In addition to his formal education, David holds an Executive Certificate in Religious Fundraising from Lake Institute on Faith and Giving and is an internationally certified Fundraising Executive.

David and his wife, Jennifer, live Hoschton, Georgia.
